The army on Tuesday crashed a Sudani military plane on the outskirts of the capital Khartum, killing several officers and civilians, the army said, pro -democracy activists said that at least 10 people were killed.
In a statement issued late Tuesday night, in a war with the paramilitary rapid support forces (RSF) since April 2023 Dala and injured.
The statement said, “The injured have been rushed to the hospital, and the fire teams managed to include the blast at the accident site.”
A military source had earlier told AFP that there was a technical fault behind the accident of Antonov aircraft.

A share of a network of volunteers coordinating in Sudan said that 10 bodies and many injured people were brought to Al-Nao Hospital in Omdurman.
The witnesses reported damage to several neighborhood houses, where the aircraft came down.
Residents of North Omdurman reported a loud explosion from the accident, which also led to lack of electricity in many nearby areas.
A witness said that the aircraft was flying south from North Sudan when it crashed near Aadhaar.
The incident occurred a day later when the paramilitary rapid support forces (RSF) claimed the responsibility of demolishing a fighter jet in South Darfur’s capital Nayala.
In a statement sent to the media, RSF said it shot a Russian-made Ilushin aircraft on Monday morning, alleging that the aircraft was destroyed with its crew on the board.
Recently there has been an increase that the Army’s significant progress in the Central Sudan and the capital Khatum aggressive in their multi-faceted aggressive against RSF.
Since April 2023, Army chief Abdel Fattah al-Boron and his former deputy and RSF commander Mohammad Hamadan Daglo, once colleagues, have been closed in a brutal power struggle.
The conflict, which claimed thousands of people, exploded after a rift between Burhan and Daglo on the government’s future structure.
According to the United Nations, the conflict has triggered one of the world’s worst human disasters in recent memory.
