As you walk through the magnificent premises of MELT, you will be met with a plush interior that will simply leave you awestruck. We love exploring the best hotspots of the city and MELT in Noida is the latest one. If you want to satiate your taste buds with a mix of everything, then this place is a paradise for you. A pleasant Sunday afternoon seemed like the perfect time for me to visit this place. The best way to unwind after a work week! As soon as I entered the plush doors of the place, I got to see a stunning view of the interiors of the restaurant. The sophisticated setting was perfect to set the mood right. Starting off with a chocolate-rich cocktail was perfect to beat the scorching heat. The Timeless Beauty cocktail was a perfect way to get on this culinary rollercoaster. Packed with the refreshing flavour of litchi, it was too good to miss.

Though it was difficult to choose from their extensive starter and dim sum menu, I managed to order the Kaitaifi Prawns and Chicken Chilli Oil Dim Sum. No regrets. The crispy texture of the perfectly cooked prawns was a treat to the taste buds. If you love spicy food, then the Chilli Oil Chicken Dim Sum is the perfect choice for you.
Any meal is incomplete without a good Neapolitan pizza. I had the Funghi pizza, which was served with oyster mushrooms, mozzarella, morels and fresh herbs as toppings.
Lastly, one never gets enough of dessert. The chocolate bar melt was the perfect way to end the meal. Sponge cake topped with a chocolate bar and then melted ganache. Well, this is what food dreams are made of!
