Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge has made an unexpected appearance in the hand-on video (now taken down from YouTube), causing us close to its design and major specifications. At the end of the Galaxy S25 series launch event, this device was briefly teased, it is largely wrapped. However, a Mexican YouTuber recently managed to bring his hand over the phone, sharing the details that Samsung has not yet officially confirmed.

For unknown, Samsung recently held its annual Galaxy Unpacked event in San Jose, California, where the brand unveiled three new smartphones in its Galaxy S25 series. In India, prices for standard Galaxy S25 begin at Rs 80,999. The Galaxy S25+ starts at Rs 99,999, while the top level Galaxy S25 Ultra starts from Rs 1,29,999. All phones are powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Chip and facilitates 12 GB RAM standard.

The leaked video shows the sleek design of the Galaxy S25 edge, with a flat frame with round corners and a silver finish. Although it is not clear whether the frame is made of titanium or aluminum, the phone has a premium build, yet. On the right, there are two buttons – one for volume control and the other for power or to activate Voice Assistant. The rear camera system is an vertical pellet-shaped island, the dual 12-megapixel sensor and an LED flash is arranged vertically inside the flash. A 12-megapixel front-facing camera is also confirmed for selfie, although there is no mention of rumor allop zoom lenses.

In terms of size, Youtuber compared its thickness to the unfolded Galaxy Z fold 6, which measures 5.6 mm (unfold). The S25 edge appears slightly thicker, possibly under 6 mm, this standard makes slimmer compared to the Galaxy S25 model. This slim profile, however, comes with a trade-off, the phone is equipped with a 4,000mAh battery, which is much smaller than a 4,900mAh battery inside the Galaxy S25+.

The video also revealed some internal glasses using the AIDA64 app, a tool that provides detailed hardware and software information. According to the app, the Galaxy S25 Edge will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset. It will come with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage with Bluetooth 5.4 support.

While the video has been moved down since then the details aligned with rumors earlier about the device. For example, the phone is expected to facilitate 200-megapixel primary camera and 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, although the AIDA64 app has listed only 12-megapixel resolution, possibly the default image-settings instead of full sensor Reports are mentioned. More official details are expected to come close to its launch, which is rumored to be at the end of this year.
