Veteran Telugu manufacturer and actor C Krishnavani died on 16 February due to age -related diseases. She was 102 years old.
Veteran Telugu actor-producer C Krishnavani died on Sunday, 16 February in Hyderabad at the age of 102. Madala Ravi, Vice President of Movie Artists Association (MAA), confirmed the news and said that he died due to age -related diseases.
The veteran icon played an important role in presenting former Chief Minister and famous actor NT Ram Rao through the film industry MaangsamA film in which he also acted.
Andhra Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu mourned his death with an emotional note on X. “The death of actor and filmmaker Krishnavani hurts me. I pray to God to give peace to the soul of Krishnavani. His service to the art world is unforgettable by presenting NTR in the film industry with the film Maan Desam. Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan expressed his grief in a press note. “I am sad to know that Mrs. Krishnavani, who was recognized as the first female producer in the Telugu film industry, breathed her last. Krishnavani is alive by his daughter. Born in Andhra Pradesh, she made her acting debut in Kacha Devyani (1938) and appeared in more than 40 films. In 1939, at the age of just 15, she married Mirzapuram Raja, the zamindar of Mirzapuram. She later handled the operation of her husband’s production house, Sobnachala Studio in Chennai.
