US vice -president JD Vance met Ukraine’s Volodimier Zelancesi in Munich on Friday to end Russia’s war, as Kiev insisted that it wanted to complete a joint plan with Washington.

In the bid to close Washington, Kiev has talked about providing access to her rare mineral deposits in exchange for future US security assistance.

European partner – who is Ukraine’s strongest backers with Washington – demanded that they too be included in dialogues that would affect their continent’s safety.
