Ram Gopal Varma revealed how a famous director cannot see KGF2 after 15 minutes

One such revelation was about a phone conversation with another famous director who disliked KGF: Chapter 2.
During an interview PinkvillaRam Gopal Varma shared how the director revealed during the phone call that he struggled to sit through 15 minutes KGF: Chapter 2 and required a break to get through the film’s first half of the film. He also revealed that the director did not watch the entire film.
Recalling the conversation, RVG said, “A very famous director, I was talking with him on the phone. He said, ‘Ramu, I was trying to see KGF2, but after 15 minutes, I could not take it and took a break.’ Took a shower. ,
Speaking of his friend’s response, RVV quoted him saying that expressing his strong dislikes for the film, “I was harassing myself,”. According to RVV, the directors could not understand why KGF: Chapter 2 was so successful. Later, while working on a script with his writer, the director questioned the argument of a particular scene, to which the writer referred to KGF, replying to how such scenes work for the audience.
RVG highlighted the director’s final feeling: “You can argue about the material, but you can’t argue with success.” Putting forward the conversation, RVV talked about how, to fulfill a large audience, a filmmaker is sometimes pressurized to compromise his trust. The entire discussion was stems from a conversation about the participation of the past and currently producers and production houses.
In the same interview, RGV also made striking comments about Rajinikanth’s acting skills. He said, “Is Rajinikanth a good actor?” I do not know I do not think Rajinikanth can perform a beggar Matra (the role of Manoj Bajpayee in Satya). But with Rajinikanth, you only want to see him like this. ,
