Recently, Ayurvedic Health Coach Dr. Dimple Jangda should have her diet in her diet daily to share five essential spices to her Instagram handle.

Which spices provide the most benefits for women’s health?

According to Dimple, many spices can benefit women’s health. This includes:

1. Coriander seeds

Coriander (coriander) seeds have antioxidant properties, which reduce oxidative stress in the body. They also have anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce pain and pain. Additionally, coriander seeds are carminatives, improve digestion health and prevent issues such as gas, swelling and flatulence.

2. Carom seeds

Dr. Jangda states that the seeds of carom (Ajaven) have antimicrobial properties, which make them excellent to increase immunity and fight common diseases such as cold and cough. Regular consumption may also reduce menstrual cramps and pain.

3. Fennel seeds

The seeds of the fennel are rich in phytochene, while balanced by a woman’s hormonal health. Like coriander seeds, they help in digestive health. Regular consumption reduces issues such as inflammation and gas.

How to include these spices in your daily diet?

Dr. Jangda shows exciting ways to include coriander seeds, carom seeds and fennel seeds in your diet:

1. Coriander seeds: To make tea, boil them in water, consume them on an empty stomach, or make chutney or juice.
2. Carom seeds: Consume on an empty stomach with salt, make tea, or sprinkle in flour while making rotis and parathas.
3. Fennel seeds: Before and after meals make raw chewing or make tea.

What foods should women avoid for better health?

When incorporating these spices, avoid some foods, including:

  • processed foods
  • Sweet food
  • Unhealthy fat
  • Excessive caffeine and alcohol, which can disrupt hormonal balance and digestive health.
