The salesforce is once again preparing to cut jobs as part of its restructuring plans before the new financial year. Bloomberg reports that upcoming job cuts at the American Cloud-based software company will affect more than 1,000 employees. However, the affected employees will be allowed to apply for other posts internally.

The report of more trimming in the salesforce comes to promote the sales of their AI-operated products amidst the company’s ongoing efforts to hire. Although Salesforce has not yet issued an official statement about new job cuts, the company is likely to be trimmed before its new financial year starts. Salesforce is expected to report its quarterly earnings on February 26, 2025.

In particular, the tech industry has been announcing job cuts since the tech industry is affected by large -scale trimmed in 2023. However, salesforce is not the only company that shakes the technical world with retrenchment. In January 2025, Meta announced a plan to cut about 5 percent of its employees. These job cuts are asked to target the lowest performing employees, plans to backfill their roles at the end of this year. In a memorandum sent to employees, Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg said:
