Recently, he expressed praise for young actors as he credited Ranbir Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, and Karthik Yarin for advancing the legacy of Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan.
During a recent conversation with India Today Digital, Amisha Patel talked about his views on stardom pressure and challenges faced by today’s actors. He said, “Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, Ranbir, Hrithik and Karthik are definitely carrying forward the legacy, this is this. I think where it can end. They are really distributed, and it is scary to think what will happen to Bollywood after them. ,
He further said that when a film of Shah Rukh Khan, Sunny Deol, Ajay Devgan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, or Hrithik Roshan was released, he is under great pressure to match his previous blockbuster. However, he said that not every film can be a huge hit.
According to the Gadar 2 actress, the pressure on some ‘stars’ would have reduced if it was equally distributed in a broad group. However, now it is very challenging.
In addition, Amisha also talked to a small generation about her favorite actors. He called Karthik Yarin “luxurious”, welcomed Ayushman Khurrana’s “excellent work”, and credited Rajkumar Rao for breaking the mold “almost like a mainstream hero”. He praised Shraddha Kapoor for doing some great work.
Amisha appreciated Ayushman and Karthik for making a place in the industry despite not belonging to the film family. “Ayushman has taken bold steps – whether he plays a bald man or dressing as a woman – and worked them.
