OnePlus is sharing teasers of a smartphone on its social media accounts that it is going to launch tomorrow i.e. on June 18. The reveal is going to happen tomorrow at 7 pm. The teasers show the silhouette of a smartphone and each of these posts has “All Day Entertainment Companion” written on it. Now this reveals three things. One, the smartphone will have a large battery. Second, the display will be one of its features. And third, the letter “n” in italics suggests that it will be a Nord series phone. It is worth noting that this will not be any launch. The teaser specifically says “reveal”. Which means that the name of the device will be revealed tomorrow and the official launch will happen at a later date.

So far, barring the teasers, OnePlus has remained tight-lipped about what the device will be, or when the official launch will take place. However, given the launch timeline, it is very likely that it will be the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite.

That’s not just the timeline, though. Last week, some hands-on images of the alleged Nord CE 4 Lite were leaked, which also showed the smartphone with a flat display and slab design, similar to what we see in the teaser.

There have been no leaks regarding the price of the smartphone yet, but if we look at how the Nord CE 3 Lite was priced, the CE 4 Lite can also be expected to be priced under Rs 20,000.

Compared to the Nord CE 3 Lite, the upcoming Nord CE 4 Lite is expected to have minor upgrades. The smartphone is likely to get some upgrades only in the primary camera, battery, and charging capability department.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite is expected to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, a 2021 chipset that has been used in several smartphones priced under Rs 20,000 last year. The device was spotted on the Geekbench website with the same processor. As per earlier leaks, it may feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. The rear camera system is likely to include a 50-megapixel primary sensor, though details about the other sensors are currently unknown. There could be a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies. Additionally, it may come with a large 5,500mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.
