The teaser of Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and actor-director Prithviraj Sukumaran’s L2: Empuraan is all set to be launched at a grand event in Kochi. Prithviraj Sukumaran announced on his Instagram that the teaser will be launched on January 26, 2025 at 6 PM in Kochi. The makers submitted the teaser to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) before the grand event.

On January 24, Prithviraj Sukumaran invited everyone to officially celebrate and launch 25 years of Ashirwad Cinemas (Production House). L2: MPurana Teaser.

The poster reads, “Celebrating the 25th year of Aashirvaad Cinemas. We invite you to watch the first glimpse of our most ambitious project yet! A collaboration with Lyca Productions, marking their grand entry into the illustrious Malayalam film industry. ”

The Central Board of Film Certification certified the L2: Empuraan teaser on 22 January. As per the censor report, the teaser is two minutes 22 seconds long with a U/A certificate.

L2: Empuraan is directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and is the sequel to the actor-director’s Lucifer starring Mohanlal. The director had earlier announced that Empuraan is the second part of the trilogy. Jointly produced by Lyca Productions and Ashirwad Cinemas The film will be released in theaters on March 27.,
