Vijay Sethupathi said, Jr NTR is my favourite
Vijay Sethupathi, who is currently enjoying the success of his latest release ‘Maharaja’, revealed that Jr NTR is his favourite actor.
Vijay Sethupathi is a fan of ‘RRR’ actor Jr NTR. During a recent interaction with a fan, Sethupathi, who is currently enjoying the success of his latest film ‘Maharaja’, said that the ‘Devra’ actor is his favourite.
When Vijay was asked about his favourite actor he instantly replied, “NTR garu is my favourite.”
Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi’s ‘Maharaja’ is running in theatres. It is his 50th film and was released on May 30.

Our review of ‘Maharaja’ says, “The first half of ‘Maharaja’ is all about the setup. We get to see multiple stories one after the other. It’s inconsistent and leaves you scratching your head. But, it’s still interesting, because you know Vijay Sethupathi’s Maharaja is up to something. It’s in the second half where the plot points converge. However, the lead-up is filled with convenient writing choices, resulting in a lot of assumptions.”
The film also stars Mamta Mohandas and Anurag Kashyap in pivotal roles.
On the other hand, Jr NTR is currently gearing up for the grand release of his upcoming Telugu film ‘Devra’. Starring Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, the high-octane action film will hit the theatres in September.
The makers said in a statement, “We are happy to announce that Devra Part 1 directed by Koratala Siva will now release on September 27, 2024. We have taken this step keeping in mind how the film is coming together and we do not want to make the fans wait any longer.”

Directed by Koratala Siva, ‘Devra’ will be released in two parts. This grand project is produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, and presented by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram.
