Nithya Menen has recently proved herself with her excellent performances in films. She even received the prestigious National Award for Best Actress in 2024. Currently, she is all set for the release of her upcoming romantic drama Kadhalika Neramillai, starring her co-star Jayam Ravi in the lead role.
The trailer launch event of the film was held recently, and it was attended by almost the entire cast and crew. In a video that went viral on social media in no time, Nithya can be seen bumping into filmmaker Mysskin, with whom she worked in the film Psycho, at the event.

However, what caught everyone’s attention was the fun conversation between the actress and the filmmaker. As Mysskin approached Nithya to hug her, Nithya lovingly warned him not to press her too much as she had dressed up well to attend the event.
Nithya can be heard saying, “He is there… don’t crush me. Don’t squeeze me. Don’t do all this. I am fully prepared.”
While the director immediately gave in to her request and simply kissed Nithya’s palm, she also reciprocated the love and gave a kiss on her cheek.
Talking about her upcoming release, Kadhalika Neramillai, it is a Tamil romantic drama directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi, wife of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin.
The songs of the film, composed by music maestro AR Rahman, have enthralled fans as they cover a wide range of emotions and moods.
In fact, the recently shared trailer of the film has also created a lot of stir. Apart from this, the fresh pairing of Nithya and Jayam Ravi has also aroused the interest of the audience.
