Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been making headlines ever since they entered into a relationship in 2021. After dating for a year and getting married in 2022, the former couple were set to divorce in July 2024.
The past year has been full of ups and downs for celebrities and as far as JLo is concerned, the actress is not looking for love at the moment. Lopez and Affleck’s divorce was confirmed on January 6, 20 weeks after the couple documented their separation.
Talking to People Magazine, a source close to the actress told that their marriage had turned into a nightmare. Talking about the Unstoppable star’s current life, an insider revealed, “The fairy tale she was promised ended up being a nightmare.”
He added, “She’s in a really good place and wants to close the door on this crazy chapter.

Meanwhile, a source close to Affleck also shared an update on the Justice League star’s life. The actor is currently working with his longtime friend Matt Damon on his upcoming project RIP. “She enjoys working,” revealed a source close to the Hollywood star. He further said, ‘He seems to be in a good place.’
Following her separation from Affleck, Lopez noted in her documents that she did not require spousal support from her ex-husband, and attorney fees would also be split.
Amid the divorce settlement, the Marry Me star appeared in the new film Unstoppable, produced by Affleck and Damon’s production company.
