Vijay Sethupathi’s Viduthalai Part 2 releases in theaters on December 20. The Tamil period crime thriller directed by Vetri Maran is a sequel to the 2023 film Viduthalai Part 1. The film has been receiving mixed reviews from fans, where they have called it Vetri Maaran’s cult classic.

The film continues the two-part adaptation of Jeyamohan’s short story Thunaivan, which delves into the intense conflict between a police constable and the leader of a separatist group.
