Is mountain sour healthy?
The answer is yes! Pahadi Khatai contains citrus fruits – all rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. As we all know, vitamin C is important for various physiological functions, such as boosting the immune system, repairing tissues, and wound healing. On the other hand, mint-coriander chutney is high in antioxidants and also contains amla, which is also an excellent source of vitamin C. Consuming it during winter can help in keeping cold and cough away.
