Aishwarya Rai’s sister-in-law Shrima has denied using the actor’s name for her business.
Actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s sister-in-law Shrima Rai is a content creator and former beauty pageant winner. In a new post on Instagram, she addressed those who were accusing her of using the actor’s name for professional gain.
Actress Aishwarya Rai’s sister-in-law Shrima Rai shared a big note on Instagram, clarifying that she never used the actor’s name to get any business deal or promote herself in the market. Her note comes days after a Reddit user in a viral post accused Srima of ‘misusing Aishwarya’s name for some business’.
Without taking Aishwarya’s name, he addressed the same speculations and shared his full qualifications, establishing himself as a self-made man. In a post on Thursday, November 28, Shrima denied the allegations and clearly said that ‘I have never tried to open any business in anyone’s name.’ She also responded to those who trolled her for posting a picture of the flower bouquet sent by Shweta Nanda on her birthday.
A part of her post on Instagram read, “My birthday was November 21st and as usual flowers were sent. I shouted thank you to everyone. Before becoming a blogger/content creator I was a banker in wealth management for many years I have also been Gladrags Mrs. India Globe 2007, I changed to blogging, I never tried to open any business with my name.
She added, “I’m making things clear because those are the facts. I’ve built an independent career as a content creator on my own for years and as a woman I don’t think anyone should accept that fact.” It doesn’t feel good to try to break it. As my husband, in-laws and parents can vouch for, it’s extremely important for me to have the facts straight when my name is involved. ”
The viral Reddit post which is believed to be the basis of Shrima’s anger reads, “A Reddit comment on a recent thread that went viral reads, “Weren’t there rumors that he was in touch with Aishwarya for some business deals? She was misusing the name and Ash found out and everything fell apart and her brother and his wife were not living with Ash’s mother, they had some problems.
Shrima is married to Aishwarya’s brother Aditya Rai. The couple have two children. While Aishwarya has been under scrutiny for her relationship with Abhishek Bachchan, her family has also often been dragged into rumors of their alleged separation.
