A new lawsuit accusing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of drugging and raping a man at a Miami house party has been filed in Manhattan. According to the lawsuit, the victim, identified only as “John Doe,” was drugged at the event and passed out. According to a report in The New York Post, when he woke up he found himself in severe pain and realized that he had been attacked.
According to the petition filed in the court, the alleged attack took place in front of a group of people in a bedroom. The victim says he woke up to find Combs standing naked behind him and continuing the attack. She further alleged that during the entire incident, Combs was talking “nasty” and wearing a “disturbing smile.” Due to the effects of the drugs, the victim was unable to resist or fight back and eventually became unconscious again.
According to The New York Post, the lawsuit alleges, “Plaintiff overheard Combs ‘talking dirty’ to her and others in the bedroom, and Plaintiff remembers Combs telling her ‘That’s what you want.’ ,’ She did all this while wearing a disturbing outfit.” Smile. The drugs prevented the plaintiff from fighting back or otherwise resisting Combs’ attack. Ultimately the plaintiff became unconscious again.”
The man also claimed that he was left alone in the room the next morning, where Combs’ security member allegedly gave him his clothes and asked him to leave.
The lawsuit is part of a larger legal battle for Combs, who is facing multiple civil lawsuits. One of these, filed by a woman named “Jane Doe”, alleged that Combs sexually assaulted her in a black SUV limousine outside a New York City nightclub in 2001. The woman claims she was given a drugged drink before being forced to have sex with Combs and his security team.
Combs’ legal representatives have denied all allegations, dismissing the lawsuits as a “shameless publicity stunt”. “Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” he told the New York Post in a statement, stressing that “the truth will prevail” in court, and that Combs has never sexually harassed or trafficked anyone.
