Ordering food online from delivery applications has become a norm nowadays. But do we ever stop and think about the delivery agents who ensure that we get food on time? From long hours on the road to unpredictable weather and heavy traffic congestion, they face many challenges to deliver our food to our doorstep. Recently a video has gone viral which perfectly depicts their often overlooked struggles. The clip posted on Instagram by a content creator (@vishvid) shows a female delivery partner riding a bike with her child.

The woman revealed that she has been working as a food delivery agent for the last one month. She claimed to be a hotel management student. But after marriage it became difficult for the woman to find a job. That’s when he decided to play the role of delivery partner. The woman said,I had gone to many places to do work but was forbidden to do so with my children. Then I thought if there is a bike then why can’t I do this with my child? (I tried to find a job in many places but they rejected me because I have a child. Then I thought I have a bike so why can’t I bring my child to work?)”

When the content creator asked if she found this task difficult, the woman gave a befitting reply, saying, “Earlier it used to be earlier. But whatever work you do, it happens. But it doesn’t happen now. (In the beginning, there were difficulties. But this is true for any work you start. Now, I don’t find it challenging).”
