The project marks Bing Crosby’s first posthumous collaboration in nearly five decades; Her last memorable 1977 duet Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy was with David Bowie.

Produced in partnership with the Crosby estate, Primary Wave Music and Geffen Records, the song is expected to feature a unique blend of both artists’ styles while honoring Crosby’s timeless legacy.

This project holds personal significance for V. “I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to join in on a song with my all-time favorite jazz artist, Bing Crosby,” he shared in a statement on November 7.

He also said, “I grew up listening to his song It’s Been a Long, Long Time countless times a day, and I feel incredibly lucky and honored to sing it on White Christmas in the voice of someone who Whom I consider my role model.”

This track will be released on 6 December 2024.
