One evening, while taking a walk, Weltol encounters former hero Gram, who shares past traumas in Demon Lord 2099 Episode 3, including the loss of his family due to Weltol’s allies. In the present they exchange views on their changing world.
Veltol later intervenes in a confrontation involving Takahashi, and uses his newly gained power to blow up his attacker. Later he learned that this person was his former bodyguard. Takahashi then hires Veltol as his new bodyguard, and they infiltrate a guarded storehouse, where Veltol overpowers several guards.
