New age icons who respect veteran icons will always be considered iconic. Zendaya and Dua Lipa took the stage at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio to honor Cher, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2024.
Honoring the famed songwriter, Dua Lipa appeared on stage to perform Cher’s most famous and acclaimed track, Believe. According to Cleveland Magazine, she wore a black dress and was glowing while showcasing her amazing vocals.
The Roots also contributed by providing the backing track for the Be The One singer’s rendition, paying tribute to the veteran star who caught everyone’s attention by wearing a black outfit and with her evergreen glow and aura when she appeared at the venue .
The excitement then grew when Zendaya took the stage and said, “His name is as iconic as his legacy – so iconic that he only needs a name,” adding, “There are drag performers in the makeup chair all over the world ” Her best Cher face. “He can be imitated but he can never be duplicated.”
