K-star Gong Yoo shares Squid Game 2 set photos, fans call him the ‘coolest recruiter’
Korean star Gong Yoo recently shared several photos from the sets of the highly anticipated Netflix series, Squid Game Season 2.
South Korean actor Gong Yoo will soon be seen reprising his role of a salesman in the eagerly awaited new installment of the Netflix series, Squid Game Season 2. Now, Gong Yoo has shared photos from the set of the show where they are seen holding hands. The card he used to recruit participants for the Deadly Game in the first season.
As soon as Gong Yoo shared the photos, excited fans reacted, with one person writing, “The best recruiter in the world.” Another wrote, “Best Korean actor.” Another fan wrote, “I’m not sure what he’s selling, but I’m into it.”

Director Hwang Dong-hyuk, who made history as the first Asian to win the award for Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series at the 74th Primetime Emmys, returns to lead the project as director, writer and producer. The second season brings back the lead cast from the inaugural season, including Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Y Ha-joon, and Gong Yoo, as well as introducing a star-studded new lineup.
The cast of season 2 includes Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Gyu-young, Lee Jin-uk, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, Lee David, Choi Seung-hyun. Roh Jae-Won, Jo Yu-Ri, and Won Ji-An.
Squid Game Season 2 will start streaming on Netflix from December 26.
