Throwback: When Ajay Devgan hurt himself because of Madhuri Dixit’s beauty; what happened here

Madhuri Dixit is the diva of the Indian film industry who has stolen the hearts of millions of her fans. While her acting and dancing skills can make anyone jealous, she also has the ability to make headlines with her smile. In an old interview, her co-star Ajay Devgan had admitted that he was in awe of her beauty. The actor also recalled that he hurt himself when he saw her lighting up a room with her presence during the shooting of his film Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke.

Ajay Devgan and Madhuri Dixit were promoting their film Total Dhamaal in RJ Stuti’s talk show Aur Batao. During a candid conversation, the Auron Mein Kaun Dum Tha actor admitted that he was surprised by his co-star. He went back in time and took everyone to the sets of the 2001 romantic drama film Yeh Raaste Hain Pyar Ke. Ajay shared that he was drinking and smoking with many others from the film’s cast and team. After some time Madhuri also came and joined them. She looked so beautiful that she lit a cigarette on her face and burnt herself.

The actor shared, “Mere yahan na ek nishan hai (showing my scar to everyone). Still there. So I was making them talk and watching them and I accidentally vomited that cigarette. That mark is still there. I got burnt. There’s a mark, there’s a mark that’s there. So this is their stain. (There is a mark which is still here. I was talking and looking at him and then I put the cigarette in the wrong direction. This mark is given by him.)” To this, Dixit said cheerfully, ” Roaming around with my memories. (He is taking my memories with him).”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay will share the screen with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and Jackie Shroff in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, releasing this Diwali.
