Despite intense speculation from fans and media, television actor Nia Sharma has denied the rumors of her participation in Bigg Boss 18. In a recent Instagram story, the actor expressed her gratitude for the tremendous support she has received, but also clarified that she is not entering the popular reality show.

Sharma wrote, “To all the fans and well-wishers I am disappointed in – truly overwhelmed by the overwhelming support, love and crazy promotion! I almost felt like going inside the house at once. I realized what I have earned in the last 14 years. Can’t say I didn’t enjoy the publicity and attention. But please don’t blame me. It wasn’t me.”

The actress’ reaction comes amid a wave of rumors linking her with the upcoming season of Bigg Boss. Known for her bold acting and vibrant personality, Nia has garnered a huge fan following in her 14-year long career.

However, she has put an end to the speculations by admitting that although she enjoyed the attention, it was not her decision to enter the house.

Bigg Boss 18 is going to hit the TV screens soon. On Friday, October 4, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan promised a sensational season by teasing the show’s theme – Time Ka Tandav.

Bigg Boss 18 will premiere on October 6 on Colors TV.
