Bollywood star Ranveer Singh will reportedly play the role of Shaktimaan in the film adaptation of the TV series. While many are excited to see how the whole thing unfolds on screen, actor Mukesh Khanna, who played the iconic role at the time, did not like this particular casting and expressed it in a recent interview. Said that Ranveer is not among them. Perfectly suited for the part.
Speaking to Bollywood Thikana, Mukesh said in Hindi, “I don’t take names because I shouldn’t criticize an actor. People get angry. But now everyone knows that Ranveer Singh came to convince me. I don’t like it. Can’t hide.” I called him a ‘brilliant actor’ and praised his ‘energy’. People started posting pictures on social media as if Ranveer had been finalized for the role of Shaktimaan, because I had not taken any decision on it Soni, I posted a video where I said, I have cast the lead actor. Nothing has been said about so please wait for some time.
“That poor guy (Ranveer Singh) sat in front of me for three hours. But his face didn’t reflect what it takes to play Shaktimaan. He looked playful as if he was about to betray someone. But he That’s great.” When I praised him, I said that no one else in the film industry has energy like him. But I have not approved him for this role. However, in the industry it is the producers who choose the actors, not the other way around.
