The board of Bajaj Holdings earlier this month decided to buy Rs. 65 declared an interim dividend and set a record date of September 25 for the purpose.
“Interim dividend of Rs. per equity share of face value of Rs. 65 (650%) 10 for the financial year ending 31 March 2025 has been announced by the Board in its meeting held today i.e. 12 September 2024. Further, as per Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the record date for the purpose of determining the eligible members has been fixed as Wednesday, 25 September 2024,” the company said in its exchange filing.
The company further stated that the said dividend will be credited/remitted to the eligible shareholders on or around October 10.
In the last 12 months, Bajaj Holdings & Investments has earned Rs. 131.00 as equity dividend has been declared and Rs. At a share price of 11,085.35, its dividend yield is 1.18%.
Shares of Bajaj Holdings & Investments fell 0.72% on the BSE on Monday to Rs. closed at 11,045.55.

Apart from Bajaj Holdings, 2 other companies Edtech Systems and Maharashtra Scooters will start trading ex-dividend from tomorrow. They respectively Rs. 1 and Rs. 110 as dividend was declared.
