Actress Simran on working with Vijay: Those who spread false rumours should apologise to me
Actress Simran Bagga recently commented on reports linking her to Thalapathy Vijay’s films. In a detailed post on X, she clarified that she does not want to work with any particular ‘big hero’.
South Indian actress Simran Bagga recently commented on the rumours of her venturing into filmmaking with Thalapathy Vijay. There were reports that she is planning to make a film with Vijay under her banner. However, Simran shared a post on social media to dismiss these rumours, in which she said that now her goals are different and she knows her limits.
Using her ex account, Simran expressed her anger over the rumours and stressed the importance of self-respect. She said, “It’s really disappointing to see how people can emotionally exploit you and how little your friends care about it. So far, I’ve been quiet, but let me make it clear: I’m not desperate to work with a big hero. I’ve been there and done that. My goals are different now, and as a woman, I know my limits.”

Simran further added that she has always stood firm for what is right and expects the same integrity from others in the industry. She added that those who are spreading false rumours should apologise to her. Without naming anyone, Simran refuted the rumours and highlighted that no one has made any attempt to defame her.
Recent reports also stated that Simran might be approached to play an important role in Vijay’s upcoming film, Thalapathy 69, directed by H Vinoth. Simran and Vijay have previously worked together in films such as Priyamanavale, Once More, Thulladha Manmum Thullum and Udhaya.
