Angelina Jolie and her daughter Vivienne have made a lasting mark while working together on a project that is hard to forget. Jolie and her 16-year-old daughter have gotten matching tattoos that read, “Stay Gold,” which coincidentally is one of the lines they used while working together.
In conversation with CR Fashion Book, the actress opened up about the placement of the tattoo on her arm and the time she spent with her daughter working on the Broadway musical, The Outsiders.
Speaking to the media portal, the Mr & Mrs Smith star shared, “I discovered ‘Stay Gold’ while working with my daughter Viv on The Outsiders.” He also revealed that the phrase is taken from a song in the play.
Jolie plays the lead role in the feature drama, while Vivienne works as the actress’ assistant in the musical. Speaking further about the mark on the mother-daughter’s arms, the Hollywood star claimed, “It means a lot to us, individually and together.”
Not only does the actress share a tattoo with her 16-year-old son, but she also has different markings on her body that she shares with her other five children as well.
“There’s also a bird that I share with some of my kids that’s private to us,” she explained in her conversation. In addition to Vivienne, Jolie is mom to Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Zahara, and Knox, whom she shares with her ex-husband Brad Pitt.

Being a mother of five, the actress opened up about what she’s learned from her kids over the years. Addressing the outlet, Jolie revealed, “There are so many kids that it’s hard to count or name them. But the moment you become a parent, you’re never your former self again. Your life belongs to someone else. It’s a beautiful feeling.”
On the other hand, Jolie is moving further into the field of designing and decorating as the movie star is working on her fashion brand, Atelier Jolie. Talking about her brand, the Maleficent star revealed, “My intention was to create a space – a home, really – where people can create and be inspired.” She further added, “This home is made up of artists and designers from around the world, and is at heart an invitation to re-engage in design and create community.”
He further added that his aim with the brand is to focus on individual choices as well as work as a team to make the customer’s dream come true.
Talking about the film industry, Angelina Jolie played Maria Callas in the biographical film Maria, which premiered at the Venice Film Festival.
