Bollywood actress Saiyami Kher has achieved a significant milestone by completing the Ironman 70.3 triathlon in Germany. She has now become the first Indian female actor to complete this tough race, which involves 1.9 km swimming, 90 km cycling and 21.1 km running.

Ironman 70.3, also known as Half Ironman, is considered one of the most challenging endurance races in the world. Despite the rigorous demands of the event, Kher managed to cross the finish line, adding this feat to her personal and professional achievements.

Speaking about his journey, Kher said, “Crossing the finish line of Ironman 70.3 and receiving a medal is one of the proudest moments of my life. It was always on my wish list, and I am so happy that I finally did it! Training for Ironman was tough, shooting for 12 to 14 hour days. There were days when the motivation was nowhere to be found, and it really felt like a battle with myself.”

Kher highlighted the challenges she faced along the way, including missed flights and lost luggage, but stressed the importance of resilience, saying, “This race was about me losing my way, but eventually finding my way. It showed me the power of determination and that if you set your mind to something, nothing can stop you.”

On the professional front, Saiyami was seen in Ghoomar alongside Abhishek Bachchan and Angad Bedi. She also starred in Sharmaji Ki Beti alongside Sakshi Tanwar, Divya Dutta, Vanshika Taparia, Arista Mehta, Sharib Hashmi and Parvin Dabas.
