Saiyami Kher completes Germany Ironman Triathlon with amazing results and achieves new level of fitness goals

Now, she is very dedicated towards her sport. Ghoomar The actress has achieved a major fitness milestone. She recently took part in the Ironman 70.3 triathlon in Germany. Saiyami has become the first Indian actress to complete the challenging event. Sharing the announcement on Instagram, she wrote, “Ironman 70.3 finisher. It was a thrilling experience, freezing cold and getting lost along the way! Will write a longer post soon once I have it all figured out.” In the picture that accompanied the article, she is seen smiling proudly and kissing her medal.
The Ironman triathlon covers a total distance of 70.3 miles (113 km), which includes a 1.9 km swim, 90 km cycling and a 21.1 km run. The benefits of participating in a triathlon include improved heart health, overall immunity, endurance and stamina. It controls weight, builds mental resilience, boosts heart health, builds muscle strength and reduces the risk of chronic diseases.
