Actress Priyanka Chopra recently attended a concert of her husband, singer Nick Jonas, and his brothers at the O2 Arena in London on Monday, September 16. This is the same place where Priyanka was crowned Miss World 2000, which was then known as the Millennium Dome. Twenty-four years later, Priyanka was thrilled to be at the same place with her two-year-old daughter Malti. She shared her experience on social media, including the story behind her ‘namaste’ pose after winning the Miss World title in 2000.
Priyanka captioned her Instagram post, “24 years ago I was crowned Miss World in this very arena. It was called the Millennium Dome then. I will never forget being an 18 year old girl, excited, nervous, competitive and trying to look the best I could. One memory from November 30, 2000 that I will never forget is the feeling of balancing in pencil heels with a beautiful Hemant Trivedi dress that kept falling down all evening because my body tape wouldn’t stay put as I was sweating so much due to nervousness.”

The 42-year-old actress concluded her post by saying, “Being back here and watching my husband and his brothers perform with my daughter, family and friends feels like a full circle. Life has been good. Gratitude.”
The Dil Dhadakne Do actress also shared adorable pictures from the concert, the first of which shows her kissing Nick as their daughter closes her eyes with her hands.
On the work front, Priyanka has resumed shooting for Citadel Season 2. She shared a video of herself arriving on the sets in her car. She is also awaiting the release of her production venture, Paani, a Marathi film directed by Adinath Kothare.
