Senior Bollywood singer Asha Bhosle attended Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s residence in Mumbai on September 15. While posing for reporters at the event, veteran singer Udit Narayan acknowledged her presence and immediately went to seek the blessings of the 91-year-old playback singer.
In a clip from the event, Asha Bhosle can be seen posing for photographers along with her granddaughter Zanai Bhosle. Both wore mint-green sarees made of different materials for the religious event. Soon after, Udit Narayan comes into the frame and holds the veteran singer’s hand. He quickly bows down, intending to seek her blessings. After exchanging namaste-namaste with each other, everyone poses together.

While the two talented singers attended the star-studded event, they were joined by many famous faces from B-Town. Newlywed couple Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal made a stylish entry at the Ganesh Puja. They were joined by Sanjay Dutt who made everyone go crazy with his effortless look and swag. They were joined by Hero No. 1 Govinda who arrived in an all-white attire. Shilpa Shetty Kundra was also one of the many stars who came to be a part of the event. She wore a pink and green neon saree.
The event saw the reunion of senior actors Suniel Shetty and Gulshan Grover. They were followed by Rohit Shetty who looked dapper in his black and white traditional look. Apart from them, Aayush Sharma, Jeetendra, Shekhar Suman, R. Madhavan, Mrunal Thakur, Divya Khosla Kumar, Jacky Bhagnani, filmmaker Atlee Kumar, Ori and other celebs also attended the event. On the morning of September 15, Salman Khan and his sister Arpita Khan Sharma also visited the CM residence to seek blessings from the Elephant God.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde took to his social media handle and shared several pictures of the puja held at his residence in Mumbai. The set of pictures show the Sikandar actor and his sister Arpita performing the holy rituals. The Tiger 3 actor arrived wearing a dual-toned purple shirt and a pair of denims. His younger sister wore an emerald green embellished salwar-suit.
