Deepika Padukone has been discharged from the hospital after giving birth to a baby girl. On Sunday, September 15, Deepika and her husband Ranveer Singh were spotted leaving the hospital premises. The couple welcomed their first child on Sunday, September 8.

Several pictures of Deepika and Ranveer exiting the hospital in a car have surfaced online. The new mother, wearing sunglasses, is seen sitting in the backseat. Ranveer Singh’s father Jagjit Singh Bhavnani was seated in the front seat. No glimpse of Deepika and Ranveer’s newborn daughter was shown.

Deepika and Ranveer announced the birth of their daughter with a cute post on Instagram. In a joint post, the couple wrote, “Welcome baby girl. 8-9-2024. Deepika and Ranveer (sic).”

Earlier today, on September 15, Deepika’s yoga instructor shared a heartwarming post showing pictures of the actress during her pregnancy. The instructor praised Deepika’s strength and flexibility, and expressed her pride and honour to be with her on this journey.

His note read, “It’s been a beautiful 9 months of prenatal yoga with Deepika Padukone and this journey with you has been nothing short of a beautiful experience. It has been an incredible honour to guide you through every breath, stretch and pose as you prepare for this special chapter. Your commitment, positivity and faith have truly shone through this process, and I am so proud to have been a part of this journey.”

She further added, “DP today, my heart is full as I celebrate you and your beautiful, healthy, happy baby. Cheers to new beginnings, endless love, and the magic of motherhood! So blessed to have been a part of this transformational experience.”

Deepika and Ranveer announced their pregnancy in February this year. The couple, who have been dating for several years, got married in Italy in 2018.
