Dhokla Recipe | How To Make Unique Green Dhokla At Home:
This unique green dhokla recipe was shared by digital creator Aishwarya Sonawane (@myflavourfuljourney) on Instagram. To make it, first add soaked green moong, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and curd in a mixer grinder. Grind to make a smooth paste. Once done, pour into a large bowl and add semolina and some water. Mix well. Let this batter rest for about 15-20 minutes. Now add salt, oil, fruit salt and some water as per taste. Stir the batter well and take it out in a greased plate. Steam it for 15 minutes on medium-high flame. For tempering, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves
