Popular Telugu actor Nithiin and his wife Shalini, who got married in 2020, have been blessed with their first child, a boy. The actor shared the news on social media with an adorable picture.

The monochrome photo features the couple’s hands along with that of their newborn. Nitin captioned it, “Welcoming the newest star to our family! (sic)” followed by a red heart and evil eye emoji. According to reports, both the mother and the baby are healthy.

As soon as Nithin announced the birth of his baby, he started receiving congratulatory messages and wishes. Actresses Shreya Saran, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, director Venky Atluri, Nandini Reddy and many others sent their wishes with several red heart emojis in the comments section.

Nithin and Shalini had a grand wedding ceremony in July 2020. Popular personalities like Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, Telangana minister Srinivas Goud, producer Tagore Madhu, Venkat, Hari and Sudhakar Reddy garu attended the event.

The couple had planned a lavish wedding at Versace Palazzo in Dubai. While the pre-wedding and wedding celebrations were scheduled for April 15, 2020, a grand reception was planned for April 16, but the celebrations were shifted to Hyderabad due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Work-wise, actor Nithin is busy completing his film Robinhood, directed by Venky Kudumula and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The film is expected to release in theatres in 2025. This year, he will also be seen in Venu Sriram’s Thammudu.
