Actress Ananya Panday, who is promoting her upcoming series ‘Call Me Bae’, visited the India Today office for a new segment ‘Newsroom Diaries’. While visiting the office and the newsroom, she also discussed various aspects of her upcoming comedy drama.

While talking to India Today news anchor Akshata Nandagopal, the actress expressed her desire to star in a horror film. Produced under the banner of Dharma Productions, Ananya Panday’s ‘Call Me Bae’ will start streaming on Prime Video on September 6, 2024.

Apart from Ananya Panday, ‘Call Me Bae’ also stars Varun Sood and Vir Das in pivotal roles. It traces the journey of Bela (Bae) Choudhary from being an heiress to a conman. The series presents a heartwarming and light-hearted story that showcases the challenges faced by Bae as she attempts to live life on her own terms after being deprived of her wealth.
