At the 2024 Venice International Film Festival, Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky made their much-anticipated red carpet debut, which will mark an important milestone in their relationship.
The 38-year-old pop icon appeared alongside Polanski to support the premiere of ‘Joker: Folie a Deux.’ The event is notable as it is the couple’s first joint appearance on the red carpet in more than four years.
For the occasion, Gaga wore a plunging black Christian Dior Haute Couture gown, paired with an avant-garde headpiece designed by Philip Treacy. Polanski completed her look in a classic tuxedo.

The couple were seen posing together, with Polansky holding Gaga’s left hand, which clearly showed her large engagement diamond, while his other arm was wrapped around her waist.
Also present at the premiere were Gaga’s “Joker 2” co-star Joaquin Phoenix, who reprises his role as the title character, and director Todd Phillips.
The couple’s relationship began in early 2020, with Gaga publicly acknowledging their romance on Instagram in February of that year. In a later interview, she described Polansky as “the love of my life”, solidifying their status as a couple.
Professionally, Lady Gaga recently appeared in ‘Joker: Folie Deux’ alongside Joaquin Phoenix. Phoenix returned as Arthur Fleck/Joker, while Gaga played Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn. Additionally, she released a new track titled ‘Die With a Smile’ in collaboration with Bruno Mars.
