Beverly Hills 90210 stars Tori Spelling and Brian Austin Green reveal why they haven’t spoken for 18 years: ‘I miss our last…’

Tori Spelling and her Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Brian Austin Green recently revealed that they haven’t spoken to each other in nearly two decades. Spelling and Green, who portrayed an on-screen love interest in the series and reportedly dated in real life, shared details about their long separation.

Tori Spelling and Brian Austin Green are opening up about their decades-long breakup. The Beverly Hills, 90210 co-stars recently reunited on the latest episode of their Oldish podcast, where they reminisced about their time together on the series, shared some behind-the-scenes stories and revealed the unexpected reason why they stopped talking for 18 years.

According to US Weekly, the Hush actress said at the beginning of the episode, “I remember our last conversation and the last thing we said to each other, 18 years ago. I was crying,” adding, “We were about to lose touch, because we were so close. It was almost like going through a divorce or something.”

The Beautiful Disaster actor then revealed that he tried to stay friends with her, but he felt she wasn’t interested. He revealed that at the time, he went to her ex-boyfriend Vincent Young’s house several times after filming finished, in order to keep in touch. Green also explained how it got to a point where he felt he wasn’t getting any response from her anymore.

The actor continued to talk about their rift and said that years later, at a 90210 DVD release party, Spelling was with her ex-husband Dean McDermott, and he was with his then-girlfriend Megan Fox. He said that Spelling never even said “hello” to him at the party.

She admitted, “So it was just like, ‘Oh my god, she doesn’t want to be my friend anymore.'” Tori Spelling explained that her “complicated relationship” with her co-star Vincent Young contributed to the situation, which led her to end her friendship with him.

She admitted that she “lost” herself in that relationship, and said, “I kept running away from you because you weren’t a fan of my relationship (with Vincent).” Spelling noted that Green had a good working relationship with the actor, but she did not feel their personal relationship was right for her. Green said, “I still came in. I agreed knowing it wasn’t a good relationship, but you’re my sister, so there’s no cut-off.”

Brian Austin Green and Tori Spelling are now good friends and have become friends again. They previously dated while filming Beverly Hills, 90210, in which they played love interests Donna and David for ten seasons.
