She revealed this in a post on her Instagram handle.

1. Sweet Temptation

Eating candy and sweets may seem like a great way to indulge in something sweet, but excess sugar can lead to hormonal fluctuations. Excessive sugar intake can disturb the delicate balance of hormones, often resulting in bloating, digestive problems, and other hormonal imbalances.

2. French Fries

French fries are undoubtedly delicious but they can be a dietary disaster for your hormones. Being loaded with unhealthy fats and excess salt, they can increase inflammation and disturb your hormonal balance.

3. Soda

Soda, especially diet soda with artificial sweeteners, can be surprisingly bad for your hormones. These chemically enhanced beverages have been linked to hormonal imbalances and digestive problems.

4. Processed Cookies

Store-bought cookies may be convenient, but they often contain hidden harmful ingredients that can disturb your hormonal balance. Choose homemade cookies made with whole wheat flour for a healthier option.

5. Momos

Momos, a popular street food, often contain MSG, a food additive that has been linked to a number of health problems, including hormonal imbalances. MSG can disrupt your appetite regulation, leading to weight gain and insulin resistance.
