Allu Arjun and director Sukumar recently resumed the shooting of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’. The makers announced that an action sequence that will appear in the climax is being shot with the team. Recently, there were rumours that Sukumar and Allu Arjun have had a rift over the constant delay in the shooting. However, sources close to the team termed them as rumours. The entire shooting of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is expected to be completed soon.

On August 4, the official X page of ‘Pushpa’ announced the start of a new schedule. The team also confirmed the release date as December 6, 2024.

Sharing a clip from the teaser, the X page wrote, “Shoot update: #Pushpa2The Rule is currently shooting for a spectacular action episode for the climax. #Pushpa2TheRule will have a grand worldwide release on 6th December 2024.”

Director Sukumar’s ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is an action drama. The film was earlier scheduled to release on August 15. But, it has now been postponed to December 2024. After the controversy rumours started, it was said that ‘Pushpa 2’ has been postponed to 2025. However, now the team has cancelled it.

The sequel stars Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Jagadish Pratap Bandar, Rao Ramesh and Anasuya Bharadwaj. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, the film’s music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
