Ben Affleck buys property in Los Angeles
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez might be living separate lives currently, but there are certain points where the pair connects with each other.
According to a recent report by PEOPLE, Ben Affleck recently bought a home in Los Angeles for $20 million. The report further states that he finalized the deal on the same day Jennifer Lopez sold her New York City condo.
Surprisingly, the date also coincides with the Love Don’t Cost a Thing singer’s birthday, which is July 24.
According to the report, the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star purchased the 5-bedroom property in Los Angeles just days after he publicly listed the Beverly Hills mansion he owns with Lopez for $68,000,000. While the property was listed on July 11, the two stars purchased the 12-bedroom and 24-bathroom mansion for $60,850,000 in May 2023. The report further states that the couple initially attempted to sell the property off-market.
There are reports of new property transactions by both Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, but the couple is still spending time apart.

Jennifer Lopez celebrated her birthday with friends and family in New York, while the Gone Girl actor was reported to be in California.
The Let’s Get Loud singer celebrated her birthday by throwing a Bridgerton-themed party in the Hamptons on July 20, however, multiple sources reported Affleck’s absence.
Previously, it was also reported that the couple spent much of their summer apart. While Affleck was working on the sequel to The Accountant in Los Angeles, Lopez was spending her time on the East Coast.
The couple also celebrated major events this year alone, such as the July 4th holiday as well as their two-year wedding anniversary.
A day after her birthday, Lopez thanked her fans on Instagram and said she was overwhelmed by their wishes and support.
