Marvel Studios reassembled its creative team, although a familiar face was missing. Stephen McFeely will write the script for this film Avengers: Doomsday And Avengers: Secret Wars The announcement was made at San Diego Comic-Con’s Hall H panel. Christopher Markus, McFeely’s longtime writing partner on previous Marvel Cinematic Universe projects, was not present during the announcement.
Marcus and McFeely wrote several films together, such as Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity Warand Avengers: Endgame. He joined Joe and Anthony Russo’s production company AGBO Endgame And they will direct the next two Avengers films together. “That four-film run was incredible, and it left us creatively exhausted and all of our emotions on the floor. Since that time, through a very special story, Joe and I have come together with all of you to see the path forward,” Anthony Russo said in Hall H on Saturday.
Robert Downey Jr. rumored to return as Doctor Doom
Hollywood insider Jeff Sneider has sparked excitement among fans for the return of Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom instead of Iron Man. Sneider revealed in his latest newsletter, “It sounds far-fetched, yes, but I felt that if there was any hope of Downey coming back, there had to be a new character for him to play. So, for now, we continue to wait…”
Marvel reveals Fantastic Four cast and upcoming movie list
Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige had previously announced and confirmed that the cast of The Fantastic Four: First Steps will appear in both Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars. The cast will include Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Susan Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn) and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach).
