Recently, the actress posted a video on social media, which showed her power-packed shoulders and upper arm workout. In the video, the actress is doing heavy weight exercises that are extremely effective for the upper body. She started with the cable machine pulley which is a must for your triceps and biceps. They strengthen your body, allow you to lift more weight, improve elbow health and give better shoulder stability.
