In an Instagram reel shared by @dailyhub__, we see the vlogger assembling this quirky cake. The user makes a dough by mixing water, yeast, maida, sugar, salt, milk powder, bread softener and oil in a large bowl. After letting it rest for a while, the user bakes this dough in a round pan at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. In another bowl, the user takes 500 grams of chicken and marinates it in ginger-garlic paste, tikka masala and oil. After marination, the user cooks the chicken. After the baked bread cools down, the user removes the top part of the bread and cuts it. He then prepares a salad base for the cake by mixing cabbage, capsicum, carrots, mayonnaise, cream, salt and pepper
Not just that, when the cake rises tall enough, she covers it completely with mayonnaise. Yes, it has been used as an alternative to the whipped cream used in the usual sweet cakes. To decorate it, the user then pours mayonnaise on the cake. To make the edges look attractive, she covers it with breadcrumbs while grated carrots and capsicum are added on top. Captioning the video, the user wrote, “Mouth-watering chicken cake. You would have never tasted such an amazing cake.”
