Dahi Tadka Kala Chana Salad is very easy to make. The recipe was shared by digital creator @ohcheatday on her Instagram handle. To make this salad, start by chopping the vegetables – onions, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers – or anything else of your choice. Keep it aside. Heat some oil in a tempering pan. Now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, hing and a few curry leaves. Let them splutter and then add salt, chopped garlic, turmeric powder and Kashmiri red chili powder to the pan. After 30 seconds, take it off the gas flame. Take one cup of curd and whisk it. Once done, mix the tempering with the curd. Top it with chopped coriander leaves and roasted cumin seeds and mix well. Keep it aside. Take one cup of boiled chana in a bowl, mix all the ingredients and serve!
