The wedding was attended by around 150 guests, including close relatives, friends and family members from abroad. The attendees also included Aamir’s children – Junaid, Ira and Azad – and Gauri’s son.

A look at Aamir-Gauri’s wedding ceremony:

The couple confirmed their relationship earlier this year, with Aamir revealing that although they had known each other for almost 25 years, they had only started dating two years ago.

Aamir was previously married to producer Reena Dutta, with whom he has two children, Junaid and Ira. She later married film producer Kiran Rao in 2005. The couple separated in 2021 and continue to co-parent their son Azad.

Gauri, a resident of Bengaluru, has largely remained away from the public eye. She is the daughter of former salon owner Rita Spratt, and works in the wellness and beauty field. According to her LinkedIn profile, she attended the Blue Mountain School before taking an FDA course in styling and photography at the University of the Arts London in 2004. She currently runs a Biblunt salon in Mumbai.

The couple decided to keep their wedding celebration private, with the ceremony limited to only a small group of family and close friends.
