Missing Ladies actor Satyendra Soni has alleged that a film producer attacked and threatened him over payment dues during a shoot in Madhya Pradesh. In an emotional Instagram video, the actor claimed that he was refused payment after eight days of shooting.

Sharing an emotional video on Instagram, the actor claimed that he was asked to leave the set after demanding his dues and alleged that the situation escalated into physical violence.

Sony shared an distressed video in which he alleged that he was refused payment after completing eight days of shooting.

He said, “My name is Satendra Soni. I am an actor. I came here to shoot a film, the director of which is Pushpendra Singh. He gave me a signing amount of Rs 50,000 and he told me that after this we will pay you after the shooting. We have completed eight days of shooting today and when I talked to him about the money, he asked me to pack and said, ‘You should not be seen in the hotel (It would be better if I don’t see you in the hotel). threatening to kill us (He is threatening to kill me).”

Along with the video, Soni posted a detailed note in Hindi in which he accused director Pushpendra Singh and his wife Pragati Chauhan of publicly attacking him. According to the actor, the couple allegedly followed him and two others in a car and then confronted them.

He wrote, “All three of us were walking when he chased us in a car. His wife Pragati Chauhan and director Pushpendra Singh saw me and started beating me in the middle of the road. When Shridhar Bhaiya came forward to save me, the director started beating him too.”

In a follow-up post, Soni informed her followers that she and two fellow actors have returned to Mumbai safely. Filming from a railway station, he expressed his gratitude to the Madhya Pradesh Police and all those who helped him reach the city safely.
