Why should you avoid street-side snacks during monsoon? Why is it better to make them at home?

Monsoon brings respite from the scorching heat of the summer season. But unfortunately, it also brings a range of air, water and food-borne diseases due to the increased humidity levels in the season. This inevitably leads to the growth of germs and pests, increasing the risk of food contamination. And if you do not take special care of what you eat and drink, you may face indigestion, diarrhea and other stomach-related problems.

Moreover, humid weather often affects the taste and texture of food, leaving your pakoras soggy and samosas cold. Hence, experts always recommend making your favourite snacks at home under safe and hygienic conditions and enjoying them hot and fresh. This is also true for fish fry.
