Bandar Box Office Day 2: Bobby Deol’s film gets heavy on word of mouth, earns Rs 1 crore
Bobby Deol and Anurag Kashyap’s film Bandar took a strong lead on the second day after a modest start. It earned Rs 1.45 in two days.

Despite a solid start at the box office, Bobby Deol and Anurag Kashyap’s Monkey A huge jump was recorded in the collection on the second day. The film, which has garnered praise from critics and audiences with many calling it the best performance of Bobby Deol’s career, has recorded a growth of nearly 90 per cent after its opening day.
According to tracking website Sacnilk, Monkey It earned Rs 95 lakh in 1,257 shows on the second day, while it earned Rs 50 lakh on the first day. The film’s total India net collection now stands at Rs 1.45 crore, while its domestic gross has reached Rs 1.75 crore. Before release, the makers made it clear that they were not expecting blockbuster opening weekend numbers and were instead hoping that the film would find its audience gradually through positive publicity rather than wide multiplex openings.

While he insists that he is innocent and claims that Gayatri is an obsessive stalker, the film examines his fight against a system that appears deeply flawed and rife with corruption.
The film stars Sanya Malhotra, Saba Azad, Raj B Shetty, Jeetendra Joshi, Riddhi Sen, Indrajit Sukumaran and Nagesh Bhosle in lead roles along with Bobby Deol.
